Sometimes it is interesting to hear the story behind the photo and you see the photo in a new light. But in most cases a photo shouldn’t need a story to back it up. It has to speak for itself."
This is why I have my photography page on fb. Here, my pictures are personal and have a story for me but because I am learning about the taking pictures and editing I don't put much info at all on the the fb page where I share these same pictures. People are encouraged to form their own opinions based on the picture as it is. Good quotes.
@sdpace It's awesome how you kept them. I've been keeping my rejects but the space issue keeps coming up... It's it great to be able to see the progress/progression? :)
@deliriousoul I rarely delete anything. I'm sure that will change when I'm upwards of 20k. :) Still sacking away my pennies for that wide angle lens. I got the new camera with some bonus money that I wasn't expecting to get...a nice surprise. I love it! Thanks for asking. :D
I love the DPS site, it gives great advice and tutorials, living in the country it's the closest thing I have to a photography course!!! Thanks for the post it is wonderful.

I just hit 15k photos since I got my DSLR, and the last 5000 are infinitely better than the first 10k in so many ways.
