Overall I like it! The glow to the picture makes it seem like a distant memory/flash back. The only thing I would try to fix is his reflection. The shadows on his face is kinda distracting to me
@picturelover101 Yeah, sometimes I dont notice things in my pictures until some tells me!I never notice things when I'm staring at the photo for a long time. I usually edit a picture, go do something for a while and then come back with a fresh pair of eyes,lol

I like the soft edges around the picture, the definitive focus on his face, his dreamy expression, composition and the black and white setting. I feel the blurry hands and the lines in the reflection are definitely distracting and lower the overall quality and mood of the picture. In general, it's a precious shot. I hope you have an opportunity to get something similar again- you had the right idea here!
@picturelover101 The really bright glow under his left hand is where my eye goes..it's really bright for where it is. Cute boy; he looks like one of my nephews. ;-)
