Not sure where to put this one. I've seen this in still form before and it's still hard to justify that they are, but seeing this in video is really interesting.
You could probably reproduce this yourself. Get a white sheet of paper and a grey card. Add light to the grey card until it spot meters the same as the paper (unlit). Then take a photo and they should be the same shade.
