I have a problem

Recently I changed my profile pic. However when I go to my profile and try to view large, the larger image is still my old pic. I tried refreshing the page, but that doesn't make a difference. What's the problem and how can I correct it?

Try force-refreshing the page using Ctrl R. If that doesn't work then it might be in your temporary internet files which just need to be emptied. But the force-refresh should work :)

@cluvlj is right...........sometimes it takes as little as 30 minutes, and sometimes longer, like several hours. Just hang tight and it will update on the site soon enough

I had this problem with a fellow 365er and with my own profile pic. It just takes time, sometimes even a week or so but it will change eventually.

i had this issue before a few hours later it had sorted itself , its probably in the queue lol !

hi Ella, Yes it's a browser cache thing, hold shift down while you press the refresh button in your browser and i think that clears it. (i am seeing a pink flower)

@cluvlj @tjramutkowski @jannaellen @flamez1 Just so you guys know for the future, it's not a case of just waiting, you can force this problem to go away immediately by clearing your browser's cache and force refreshing :) And if those terms are foreign to you, google for them (including the name of your browser) and you should easily find out how!
