newbie question - can profile picture be edited?

Hello - I searched the threads and couldn't find anything, so sorry if this has been asked before ... I'm wondering if there's a way to crop/frame a profile picture. I just uploaded a picture, but the top of my head is cut off - any way to adjust that? Thank you!!

You'd have to do the cropping yourself and re-up the new image

Also when you change your profile pic it can take a few days to change! Well that was my experience anyway!

@jojo2009 A forced refresh (shift-F5) always does it for me right away, as well.
