I'm on the lookout for a new camera. I would like to get one this week. What kind of camera do you use and what would you suggest the best kind is? I was looking at Canons because alot of people say they are the best. I have a Nikon digital that works fairly well but i'm ready for a nice one. Any suggestions?
okay let me see here- i'm trying to find as cheap as i can nothing more than 400, and i'm looking for an SLR. Something that will take much better pictures.
To be honest You won't notice a difference image quality wise from nikon to canon. They are pretty comparable. Just pick them up and whatever feels best in your hands is gonna be the major deciding factor. I have a nikon d5000 i would have gotten a canon if they felt better in my hand but i figured if this is something i am going to be out and filling a 4gig or more memory card with i should probably have it comfortable in my hands. Nikon and Canon are the top two ;-)
When anyone asks what the best camera to get without stating a budget, I always recommend the Nikon D3x or Canon 1Ds Mark III. You can't go wrong with one of those. :-p
