I find it allmost annoying that recently I keep seeing that Facebook Application-plugin-whatever on the website,like it is allmost mandatory to get it.I wouldn`t be surprised if soon there will be a pop-up add jumping out every 5 seconds.
I admit,I may be exagerating,but shouldn`t there be a "no", "don`t show this again" or "ask me later" option?
Lol !! I got rid of Facebook, so I just ignore anything to do with it ! A couple years ago it was Multiply, then Myspace, now Facebook ! Can't wait to see the next big thing will be to remain "connected" !
@nyweb I doubt there will be one! Facebook's the first one to get non-internet people on it, and they'll probably just stay there forever... unlike internet folk who jump around all the time
The box will go away in a few days, if you're super impatient, go to your settings -> apps -> and select don't update facebook, the box will go away. (you may have to log out and back in again)
@spaceman@Scrivna - I agree....we're so very grateful for all you do, Ross....but I do think you're EXTRA swell for helping those...ahem... "super impatient" people, too. Ha!!! Yes, indeed. You ROCK, Ross!!!
@Scrivna I agree - you rock. And so does your website :-) Ever thought of making the site a full-time gig? Or do you just like the small-town feel of it as is? Personally, I like the smaller size of the website.
@Scrivna Was thinking earlier that I should find you to send a "Thank You" message! I do love 365 - even if it has taken over my life!!! Can't rest until I find the photograph for the day! I'd begun to ignore the Facebook link until I read this thread.... mind you.... I am on Facebook - just haven't made this link (yet)....
