What would you want?

I have a little money to get myself something, but am finding way too many things that I want. I can't decide! What photography related something, $200-$300 US or less, would you like or can't without? Any all ideas welcome. :-)

most definitely a clicker :) I dont have one yet and heard you can get them off of ebay (and other online places like that) for around 10 bucks!! whatta deal!! They would make self-portraits muuuchh easier...and I'm sure would come in handy many other ways.

I'd probably blow a lot of it on film. And a cable release. And maybe a better tripod... Or a 2nd AlienBee... oh geez, too many options!

lens - 24-70mm Sigma EX cause I can't afford the Canon - get it through eglobal - MUCH cheaper than ebay. I know a grey seller but willing to 'blow the money' if it all goes pear shape.

I think you need to list was equipment you already have and what type of photography you're interested in for us to suggest what would be good additions.

Cable release definitely! For less than that amount you could also pick up a nice little f/1.8 lens - excellent for portraiture. :)

i'm not a big fan of my 1.8 and have probably used it only a handful of times.
If it was me i'd go on amazon / ebay and get :
- a flash
- stand
- camera flash hotshoe mount remote trigger
- shoot through umbrella

so you've essentially got a cheap portable setup for off camera flash
