Hi, I am new... i began my project yesterday and today I can't seem to get my pic to show up.
I do step 1, step 2, it says upload compete, then when i click step 3, to confirm tags and dates, it brings me back to yesterdays photo (of my desk). Today's pic nowhere to be seen.
What am I doing wrong?
Can you see my pic for today.. it's my boys feet, playing on the slip n slide in the summer rain.
Thanks Kathy and Melissa, I am trying and trying. Done it about 5 times now, resized and tried again. still no luck. Bummer, and I there I was encouraging my friends to join.. "it's easy I said..." oops.
The simple uploader didn't work either, and just now i have tried emailing the image.
Maybe there's loads of users right now hammering the server this early in the year?
Will plug on a little longer.
Perhaps it was a date problem. I could upload it via email, so it's there. Hopefully tomorrows isn't so difficult. But I did see that my camera was set 12 hours behind.
Could be a date thing, also try clearing your cookies and cache from your browser, just in case. You'll have to login again when you do, but it'll help figure out what's going wrong anyway :)
I had the same problem yesterday and was starting to freak out when someone (Karen - THANKS) pointed out that I had confirmed the date as 2010 and not 2011. Check the year and see if that helps!
You can also try emailing it to your 365 account. It should say your email address on the upload page. I've been having trouble uploading from the site for a couple of weeks. I just email the pictures now.
