Uploading...any best way and/or size?

I've just been emailing my photos to the site to post. Is there a better way. I notice that others have photos in larger sizes. I'm generally using Picasa to save my photos and sending them from there.

Any advice for a newbie?

my standard posting size is up to 1500pixels, width. ^___^ i do that in photoshop

Uploading them directly will get you bigger images on the site, rather than using picasa or emailing them in.

I usually email mine through picnic and the size seems fine

I don't upload full size photos. After editing, I save a version of the photo at 72 dpi with the longest side at 640 pixels. Then I use the upload button to put the photos on this site.

I save a separate high res version of the photo in a different folder for printing to use with Project Life. ( http://www.beckyhiggins.com/products/)
