how to upload psd files

I am new to this and want to upload my pics but when I browse, I can't find my edited pics from Photoshop! Help!

You need to convert them to JPG or BMP (JPG is best choice). PSD won't display on the web.

I am also new to this. I have created a profile,an album name and a profile pic, however when I try to add photos it shows they have been uploaded but when I continue to go to add tags it takes me back to "you have not uploaded any pictures". I have tried 4 times now. They are all JPEG .....any suggestions? Thank you.
