How to add a picture "Discuss"

Call me stupid but I just cannot figure how to add a picture "Discuss." For example, I'd like to participate in the topic "My photo sucks" but I don't know how to insert my own crappy picture after the text. There must be some simple way to do it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

you can copy the photo link from beside the photo in your album you will see a share this photo box... copy that code into the discuss area... so you will notice it is simple html so you can copy from any internet file with an img src="" tag in triangle brackets...

Copy the code from the box under "Share" to the right of your pic, then paste the code into your reply, once you hit "Post Reply" the pic will appear!

I've also found that if you have the pix on another site ( I have opened flickr for this) you can 'share' via that way without it HAVING to be a pic of the day, especially if you are not an ACE member.
