Lets see how many MICHIGAN 365'rs are out there! Post your hometown and what you love about MICHIGAN. Add a fav PIC if you'd like too.
I was born in Wyandotte and live in Southgate. I love MICHIGAN's Sweet Green Summers, the Warm Golden Autumns and the Frosty White Winters that slip into Fresh Sunlit Springs. Here is one of MICHIGAN'S beautiful sunsets taken a couple weeks ago in a South Rockwood farmers field...
@karenr
I'm from Midland. Oh how I miss my mitten. I loved the four seasons, the crunching of leaves under my feet on the way to school. I loved being a camper at Interlochen in the summers. And now that I'm in warmer weather I actually miss the sensation of my nose hairs freezing in the winter months. What do I not love about Michigan? It's all good. I probably miss the kindness and warmth of Michiganders the most, though. Where I am, I seem to meet them. We're drawn to each other.
What do I love about Michigan? EVERYTHING! The people, who amaze me everyday that they hold their heads high, regardless of what is going on in the economy, because Michiganders believe that things will get better.
The beautiful land that we inhibit. Where else can you go, and be surrounded by the magnificent Great Lakes? Sand Dunes on one side, sloping down into Lake Michigan, bluffs in the U.P that drop steeply into Lake Superior, and the gentle rocks that lead you into Lake Huron.
I really do love all the seasons. Summer, fall, spring and winter.
I just love everything about Michigan!
I actually did Michigan A-Z as a side project back in September and October, because I want others to see that we have a beautiful state!
@melaniep BEAUTIFUL SHOT OF THE "D" I love visiting Canada too! Toronto, Niagara Falls and Monteral- Trips by Train such Beautiful scenery-You should venture farther into our State and see some of our Winter Wonderland. ")
@deesdiscoveries YES! A TRUE Michigander! I was new to 365 when the A-Z happened and missed most of it. I can't wait to show off our state in the coming spring and summer. MICHIGAN Rocks!
@spaceman LOL why yes it is..Are you in Space? Just Kidding, You must be from somewhere other then the USA, or you would definately know MICHIGAN. We are shaped like a Mitten and have the Beautiful Great Lakes surrounding us.

I was just ... nevermind. It`s something about "people" , "mentality" and "revolving" ,but I rather be vague about it :)
