The Conservatory (a historic 1879 Victorian Greenhouse) features four permanent galleries. Plants are rotated into the galleries as they bloom so visitors can always expect to see the plants at their peak. The conservatory houses aquatic plants, highland and lowland tropicals, potted plants and a special exhibit called Golden Gate Express Garden Railway which runs through April 18th.

By the way, it looks like there are a couple of other groups gathering on the 10th. Maybe we should create a tag for the gathering photos? It will be fun to see what everyone posts!!!
You know... The 10th is also the 10th day of the number challenge. How cool would it be if there was 10 (or more) of us there to take our #10 shots as group photos?!? Just an idea but I wanted to put it out here before I forget!

So, we have Lila, Emily, Ana, Christine + husband, myself and David. SWEET! The more the merrier! I realized all too late that we are probably starting too early for some people since I just went off of the Conservatory's hours. Oh well! Hopefully there will be a next time and we can start a bit later. At any rate, David and I will be there at opening. If you would like to come, feel free! oh no what a shame autumn! did people confirm and not show up or was it just a maybe all round? Sounds hard but if you can get them to email you (set up a gmail 365 account), then send your addresses and give your phone number. Then you can call them and nag them ;)
