MY babies, mostly, but I used to teach and work with children, so really kids and babies in general.
I am obsessed with food, but not photographing it :-)
The moon and my cats are usually obsessions for me especially if im stuck for ideas! the moon however doesn't always co operate as i found out recently - its been cloudy for about 4 days so no moon to capture!
I love flowers and my cat! I'll always love them, but I'm really trying to limit my photos of them to once a week so I'm forced to look at other things to photograph.
Usually All of My Photos are of My Children so Im trying to do My 365 of Random Objects mainly but I keep thinking maybe its time to see if 1 out of 4 Children will pose, I may need to have some Sweets ready though, Ive tried Water but not had much sucess, I have taken an interest in Candles and Matches, I quite like Flowers but so far the only Flowers I've Photographed have been some made from Icing and some made from Wood, Roll on Spring/Summer so I can Photograph some real ones.
Food! :) I love to photograph food. Its ridiculous how much I have stored. I'm *trying* to not really do it in 365 but alas I have... well a few times! :)
Flowers. In Southern California, you can have a flower blooming every day of the year. It's not too hard to find something blooming in the neighborhood if I become stuck for ideas.
My kids, but when all else fails, I go for old run down farm equipment and buildings. I guess it's because there are plenty of those around. On the other hand, I have photographed so many farm topics lately, I'm pretty sick of those. I know once summer hits, the gang will see loads of my kiddos! :0)
Bugs. I hate that they're not around this time of year because I find that they make really interesting subjects. I'm not fond of them around me but hiding behind a camera makes a HUGE difference!
stupid water drops... lol and my own shots, I don't get as much comments as I would like and pulling my hair out to figure out what is pleasing to others even when I try to copycat other people amazing shots... not much comments = not much feedback to fall back on and improve
@eliserose781 Me too! I fall back on selfies. One reason I started here was to take pictures of myself so I can look back when I'm 80 and remember what I looked like. A friend who shares my birthday and is 10 years older told me this year on our birthday, you are so young. At 35 I don't feel that way but I imagine she's pretty right. 35 is the new 25. haha If I get in a pinch, I'm always available.....haha
my obsession is taking the ordinary especially light and tapping into my imagination to draw out the fantasy in it...I love light/ lighting effects...and I will take a photo that I think is good but my mind will say lets make it better...a lot of my edits start with a great photo and then the creativity takes over...my musical influence tends to gear towards art that would be at home on a record sleeve...
Colour isolation! It makes normal pictures so much more interesting. Unfortunately my new camera can't do it and Picasa isn't very flexible with it so maybe there will be less of those for me. Maybe I'll find a new obsession ;). I wish I had a pet to obsess about!
Yep definately bugs for me!! That and weather. But there has been much interesting weather wise this summer. I figure I've only got around another two months of bug season then I'm going to have to get creative.
I'm hoping for some big swells in winter to get some more surfing pics actually.

And if I lived close to the beach--yes! I would be opting for beach shots over bug shots for sure!
