I would say that 90% of the time I take My Daily Photo late at night just lately around 10pm some times 11pm, Its the only time I get to take it being a busy Mum of 4 - 7 year old, 5 year old, 2 year old and nearly 1 year old. I am really glad I signed up to 365 as it is making Me take up Photography again.
I usually sit up til Midnight at least playing around in Picnik before uploading but Ive just uploaded todays although I feel it was a bit of a rushed Photo,
I usually take mine at night, too. I work full time, and I've got a toddler in the house, so I can never get to my camera until after she goes to bed, unless I take photos of her!
@lisahutchinson Like you, with 2 young boys, and my own business to run during the day, time is always an issue. Unless I've stopped on the way in to work to take a photo, it often turns out to be something shot on the kitchen table during the evening.
Mine are usually taken in the late evening also (an occasional daylight shot). By the time I get home from work, deal with everyone's food, sporting activities, etc, it is always dark. Can't wait for summer to get some daylight pictures!
Most of mine are at night. Also due to the fact I have four children and moving so packing etc all day, so my lighting is probably always a bit cruddy!
most of mine are taken after i get home from work, so anytime between 545ish and 1159pm.....
weekends it just depends on when i wake up and what we do during the day....
Mine are normally taken in the evening - I am less than inspired at work, and definitely don't leave myself any time in the morning to take pics! I'm looking forward to the summer evenings too, when I can actually spend some time outside after work!
The only time I get to shoot during the day is on the weekends. During the week, I am out of the house so early that I normally don't have time to take pictures.
I work 36 hours a week, and have two kids and am heavily involved in civic activities, so I take photos after work. Sometimes I'll take photos on my lunch or in the morning before work, but I mostly upload at night and then stay up to edit if I get stuck on an idea!
It's 23:45 here... I've literally just got into bed after playing with water and food colouring in hope of getting a somewhat decent shot for today....

@lisahutchinson That's me about 60% of the time. i work full time and then come home to being with my two children so it's sometimes really late when I start. Forces me to be really creative sometimes!
I take my camera everywhere, it fits quite snug in my coat pocket. Even then though, i may miss photo opportunities - where my girls (6 & 3) come first. If I've had not such a good day then i will take an evening shot of whatever.. :oP
My uploading on here is definetly in the evening time, once my girls are settled in bed.
Even though My Camera isnt a DSLR its quite big well I guess its not so much quite big but quite hard to take about when Im carrying everything else but its slightly bigger than Point and Shoots, I really need a case for it thats like a bag so I can take it out more and keep it safe rather than put it under the Pushchair.
Most of my photos are usually taken in the morning or early afternoon. I'm usually working at night time, and I like to post photos early in the day, anyway.
I try really hard not to, but sometimes the day escapes me and I have no other choice. I am a SAHM, so I do have the luxury of being able to take photos any time. I try to make a conscious effort to take at least a few photos in the morning before the day gets away, but if they are not keepers, then I have to come up with something at night.
I do also. On most days the time I have to take photos is at night. Usually I try to get this done by nine but sometimes I find myself seeking shots around 11pm.
If i've not taken photos of the kids during the day i take them once they're in bed so from 7pm... lately i've gotten to 7 or 8pm and thought bugger... should have taken photos today (because im usually exhausted and without inspiration by then!)
Because I sometimes work odd hours, some of my pics are taken very late at night or very early in the morning. when i have days off i try to take ones when i can actually use natural light
Well running my own business does afford me a curtain amount of leeway outside of the holiday season. So the moment I try to shoot during the day if it's a special setup, I don't know how long this will continue for but I am also aware that I do tend to take worse shots in the evening! (Pressure oh the pressure). lol

If it's a gig photo I always hmm and hah over which day to put them in when it's taken at three in the morning or some such...
weekends it just depends on when i wake up and what we do during the day....
