I have Photoshop Elements 6 or as My Children call it Elephants 6 LOL and as much as I love Photoshop I have been using Picnik alot, wanted to upgrade but my card has been rejected, its not a Credit Card as We dont have Credit Cards but the Mortgage and other Bills come out of it and there is money in there, Im guessing its the Bank not wanting to Authorise it, We bank with Norwich and Peterborough, Dont think Picnik takes Paypal either, Anyone else had problems ?
Not sure I understand . . . is it a debit card? May need to process it as a credit . . . Picnik might take PayPal . . . maybe take a look at that . . .
@lisahutchinson --- If it has been rejected you need to contact the bank because they will put a hold on it. You won't be able to use it anywhere until the hold is released. It's a safegaurd.
One thing you might consider is a 365 ACE membership...it's $20.00 and it includes one year of picnik premium...and Paypal is the method of making payment. I used my debit card for that.
It may be stopped by the bank as it is an American transaction - when I first submitted my card details it was rejected by the bank who then phoned me about 30 seconds (not an exaggeration!) later to query the transaction - I confirmed and next attempt it was all good :)
I just upgraded to premium today... It was rejected the first time because I accidentally had the wrong expiration date for my card entered lol. Are you sure everything was correct?
@peggysirk Sorry to intrude on someone else's discussion with my own question, but I upgraded to an ACE membership, but I do not see that I have picnik premium. How do I get the premium part?
sometimes an online payment is rejected because the information that you've entered isn't EXACTLY like that which appears on your bank statement. for example: rd vs road, st vs street. hope you get it figured out. it's well worth it!

@lisahutchinson When I was on maestro I had the same issue with loads of places, simple case of them not doing that type of card but that's way less likely with Visa/debit... Though the bank issued me a new card a while ago that is horrible, there's nowhere I can't spend money...
@peggysirk I asked about which Picknik account you get and was told it's the basic not premium. @lisahutchinson does your card have the master card or visa logo on it. It might be just a debit card. I think there is a difference.
