over exposed vs. high key

can anyone tell me what the difference is between over exposed and high key? i've looked around on the internet, and i've found varying opinions.

Well I think everyone has different opinions on whats high key...this has been called high key

I AM confused too... =) sometimes i call the overexposed highkey, and the highkey to be overexposed... LOL here's some samples i dunno what's high key in there and what's overexposed.. LOL
