Blue Hour - Golden Hour

March 6th, 2011
At the last meeting of the local photography club, one of the members gave us the following site http://jekophoto.eu/tools/twilight-calculator-blue-hour-golden-hour/index.php You give it a location and it will show you using that location lines depicting the sunrise, sunset, moonrise, and moonset on the top of data supplied by google maps. Then in a table it gives a month worth of data for that location.

Thank you! This is of huge importance to me, and I am a twilight shooter on the weekend. Since I make it a point to go out and shoot something (very unplanned) I need some lag time to catch the right light. And I have missed it many times, by as little as 5 minutes. This is much better than the Farmers Almanac!
