Focus Stack

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. Can it do focus stacking?
I'm still new to PS9.

To my knowledge, focus stacking is not supported in Elements, however, there are some great alternatives that will allow you to do focus stacking. There are even some plugins to Photoshop that do focus stacking. If you google on focus stacking, you will get plenty of options.
