I know this project isn't about how many followers one has, or how many times you can make it on the popular page, but I find the competitive drive to do just that can be sort of fun, and pushes me to get out there and try and improve the quality of what I'm posting on a daily basis. So, I'm just wondering, who's got the most followers? I follow some people that have crazy amounts of followers, mainly because they're insanely talented. Post a pic from someone you follow that has large numbers of followers. Maybe I'm missing some fabulous talent on here that I shouldn't be missing!! I'm posting a photo from Bill Dodsworth, who has, at this time, 1499 followers (WOW!) - but with photos like this, it's easy to see why.
He also somehow manages to make the time to stop and comment on a lot of photos of people that he's following as well. What a guy:)
@pwallis I wanted to follow a person with the same name as myself and looked you up and really liked your photos. I think I made a great follow with you.
To be honest, I just feel honored that Bill has the time to follow me, look at my photos and comment on them. Also Peter is great because while he does not follow me, he always answers any iphone app questions quickly.
@brumbe I sometimes wonder how people come across my photos. That's funny that you just looked up your own name, haha!
I was just thinking about the follower/followee thing yesterday because I was feeling guilt that I haven't had time the past few days to comment on as many photos as I'd like to, it's hard when everyone's posting such great stuff!
@pwallis I do not always have time to comment on all the photos that pop up or even recall seeing them, so I set aside about an hour each week to go to each of the people following me and try to comment on at least one or two of their photos. I actually just started that a few minutes ago. I do wonder how they find me because until this week, I had not made the popular page at all and wonder how I get new followers each week.
Paula - what a great idea. I truly love everyone's photos, and can appreciate each single photo, whether they are a pro or newbie. I am inspired to grow and learn and try different techniques.

Tiffany has over 500 followers ... and if you take the time to read through her project, you would know why. The pictures and story behind this little girl regularly bring tears to my eyes! Check her out if you haven't already!
