This year has flown by so far but the fact that I am still posting daily photos is such a testament to the warmth and encouragement of this site. I got a new phone with a camera for Christmas and thought I'd join in. It was my first personal camera. I can't quite believe I've been here for a quarter of a year and as I joined on the 1st of Jan I'm sure I'm not alone.
I am 55% and it has been the best discovery and adventure ever!! I have met some wonderful people who have encouraged me and inspired me and I think my photos are improving so much. There are times when I get a little behind or a couple of times I have had to use fillers but it is supposed to be fun so I just do what I can and I LOVE it!!

Woohoo, congrats to us! I've attempted a 365 project before, but have never made it out of March. This looks like it could be the year, and I couldn't have even gotten this far without this site. The site itself, along with the awesome community, has gone so far in keeping me encouraged and motivated.
I never know what I'm going to do from one day to the next, which is both frustrating and exciting. I can't wait to look back at 2011 and see my life through my photos.
I didn't realise till I saw your post. I am there too! The year is flying by! I think I'll be signing up for ace membership I like it so much. It's inspiring and challenging. I think differently and have learned so much.
Looking forward to flipping through my whole 12 month calendar at the end. Anyone going to print theirs? Maybe make a little book?
I had a point about a month ago where I was stuck for inspiration and I have to confess that Spring is the main reason I am taking a photo each day still. The garden and inside my house are just full of so many beautiful buds and flowers
