HDR - Which DSLR camera do you use?

Which DSLR camera do you use to capture multi-exposures? Do you use bracketed exposures > 3? I am thinking of getting a new DSLR and would like some recommendations. I currently have the original Canon Digital Rebel and it's about time to upgrade. Switching to other makes other than Canon is not a problem. thanks.

I use a canon rebel T2i and use bracketed exposures with that. Works great.

I have a Nikon D5000 and can bracket 3. Figure for more than that you'd just do multiple sets of 3 at different settings.

I use a LUMIX T20 P&S for the majority - I know that goes against the grain but most of my msot successful HDR shots have been done with this. I have a Lumix G1 for other shots! My P&S can bracket in 1/3rds up to +/- 1 which is more thatn enough for stunning HDR shots

Bracket Exposure is different than HDR... but I am sure you know that... well you can use bracketed expsoures to make HDR photo after... the idea of a bracket is to make sure you have the exposure later... so there is a great scene and you want to make sure you have it exposed well, lets say it is something like moving birds so you cannot combine frames later... you take a series of images +/- a couple of 1/3 stops to make sure the image look good later.

HDR which can be done in camera or in software is making sure that there are enough stops for the scene... if it is dark rocks and a sun set there could be 15 stops difference... if your camera can capture 5-8 stops you only need about 3 frames to capture all the detail possible EV 3 EV 10 and EV 13 should give you everything in more than enough detail and at different exposures...

SO the long and the short is... any camera that can set the exposure can do HDR and/or you want it done in camera... you may not need it as a stand alone option...

HDR is a technique... has nothing to do with what camera people use. Just sayin'...

My Oly E-3 can be set up to perform all the additional shots required for HDR... I just don't have the software to post-process it...

But the Olympus is another option for you.

@sparkle - we can do that on our Lumix? I really must read the instruction book :-)

what's the camera got to do with it? It can make it a bit easier, but as long as you shoot raw it doesn't matter what camera you have.
