Can't seem to get the "Facebook App"

I click to get it and it takes me to facebook, but I just recieve this message...

How do I link this to my facebook account so I can share my pictures if this is all I can get?

Hi Facebook have deleted the app, i'm getting on to them now to have it restored. This is so frustrating.
