Really the difference seems to be that the more expensive one gives the ability to edit videos as well as photos. I've never used PSE but I'd like to start, especially because of the feature of textures.
@cholbert - sorry:0 meant the straight photo one...without the video extra...it is a great program and next on my list to purchase...i did the trial and loved it...if you are unsure, you can try it for 30 days and decide...
Do you shoot video? Do you want to edit it? If yes, that's a great deal, but if it's one of those things you've contemplated while you're thinking about winning the lottery but the truth is you don't have a video camera, there's no point wasting your money.
I have a piggy-back question: I still use PSE 2. Is it worth it to upgrade?
I do shoot video but just of my son and not very often (bad momma alert). It would actually be nice to edit it but I've never done that before simply because I don't know how to and don't have the energy to teach myself right now.
