PlayStation Network

I don't reckon there's too much crossover in the demographics of this place, and of the PSN, but then... Sony say they have 77 million accounts, so there might be a few.

The details of all of these accounts, *possibly* including payment card details, have been stolen.

Linky.

So y'know, if you do have an account, go change your password. And if you use the same password for your email account, change that too. And if you had your card details stored with PSN, request a new card (changing your PIN would *not* help).

Thanks mate. Luckily my better half's card has expired, as she has purchased numerous songs for SingStar in the past!

I don't think i ever used my card on there. One of the perks of being a cheapskate.
They don't request it when you sign up, do they?

It is such a pain - the bank call centre sounded so bored earlier tonight when I rang to cancel my card, I didn't even need to say sony they got there first :D
