Has anyone ever used this? I'm considering purchasing it, and the reviews are decent but I wanted all of your opinions!! If not, is there any other editing program you suggest for less than $100
I'm not sure what you want to do but Serif's Photoplus for me is mostly good for silhouette and panaroma effects since they have a lot of filters to choose from but other than that and for less than the price, I think you could go for Photoshop Elements for the same kick.
If you are after photomanipulation, there's a free software - Gimp which works even better. There's also Picnik but you might find it limiting in some ways. Overall, I'd recommend the free softwares around and try to familiarize their pros and cons. Maybe and just maybe, you might still be using them without spending much
