Today, I received the following email (looks like it was generated automatically):
------
We've missed you over at 365project.org, you haven't logged in for a few months now.
I think it's probably best if we delete your photos from our servers.
This will help to keep your work private, and we'll be sure to put the space we save to good use, helping all the creative talent on 365 Project.
If you wish to keep your account active, and don't want your photos deleted, you can simply log on to the website within the next 7 days ( http://365project.org/) and we promise not to delete them.
We wish you all the best, and hopefully we'll see you again in the future.

I am 75% done with my project, so I am not sure why I got this! I may not upload a photo every single day, but I do upload about 2 to 3 times per week. I obviously logged in today, but I am just wondering if anyone else has ever received an email like this, and what happened. I don't want my account to be deleted!
I received this today and this is my second year!! I don't understand why unless it's because I'm always signed in--I don't log on and off every day---I can't think of any other reason why I would get this email.
i just got one today but for the one i made for my dog :D hes a puppy and wanted to document his growth but didnt have enough time in a day. so yeah havent used it in a few months.
A friend of mine received one of these yesterday - admittedly she hasn't been on for a while as she's had a rather fraught personal life of late but she was planning to pick it up again when things settled down. She was actually rather offended by the phrasing of the email and now feels disinclined to come back at all.
Interesting to see that other people have received this email, including those who've been logging on and posting recently. I'd love to know if it's a legitimate email or not.
hi, yes, if you don't log in for a while you will get an email like that, to keep the site running smoothly and keep costs down I need to remove old accounts, just log in and you wont have a problem.
@Scrivna how long do you not have to log in to trigger this e-mail? I'm thinking about the very long holidays i sometimes take, and now i'm a wee bit worried that i'll come back to a deleted account!
I post every day and received one--guess I have to sign out and back in though which I never did before--I stayed logged in all the time--I woule be very very upset if I lost my account
Your response prompts another question. I have 90 'followers' but in reality, I don't. I'm guessing about half are no longer posting photos or truly following me. I know for sure I have some that haven't posted anything since January or February. I know there is no way for us to remove them but if their account is deleted - will that remove them as a follower? I'm guessing yes, but not sure.
@Scrivna Soo, if I'm constantly logged on I'm taking the risk to loose my account! Don't think you answered this one clearly!? Can't this deletion issue be connected to latest upload instead then?
@Scrivna One more silly question ;-) if I'm an ace member, do I keep my account the year paid for? Can I find out the date it expires, will look, didn't before I asked.
@juhlin no worries, ace members are excluded and accounts will be active for at least the year their membership is active, you will see a message pop up if your ace membership is due for renewal
