Used to use one speedlight to trigger the other speedlight. Now I've got the Canon 7D which can trigger the speedlight through the pop-up flash (novel idea, eh?). However, it can NOT do the high-speed sync. Don't know why they imposed that limit, but it is what it is. Always wanted to get Radio Poppers, but haven't ever sprung for 'em.
Does your camera have wireless flash triggering built in? If not, check out the Youngnuo rf-602 triggers. They are under $40 and the best part is they also can be used as a remote shutter trigger as well. I use one of these to fire my flash and it's the best 40 bucks I've ever spent on camera gear.
