my friend now has the pics i took from her wedding day and she is uploading them to facebook to share with her friends and family,i'm pleased that she thinks they are good enough to share but really nervous about what sort of comments they will get
rarely have I had a negative critique from Facebook. Also most of the people looking at her photos want to see any pics to see the memories and usually not to see the artistic merit.
People on facebook want to see the content of "pictures". They are not looking for any artistic or aesthetic experience.
Don't worry! You should be proud your friend likes them enough to show them to EVERYONE.
I agree with everyone above! I often forget when giving a client their photos, even the worst photo I have taken, they aren't looking at anything really other than is it appealing and does it represent the subject the way they want it to. I'm sure they are great :)
I find that those outside the camera world love my stuff, even though I have room to grow. Don't be nervous, if the bride is happy, everyone else will be too!
