Issue with picnik renewal

@Scrivna When I joined 365 just over a year ago it was through my 365 project that I upgraded my account to an ace so that I could use the picnik features & the extra albums. When it was time to renew picnik automatically renewed & charged my account but it has not worked through 365. I now have paid the year but do not have all the extra features through 365. Is there anything that can be done to fix this situation??

I have paid Picnik and an Ace account which will both be up for renewal pretty soon but I'm not understanding what you are asking. I know this is a question to Ross but I'm interested in case it affects me too.

It doesn't look like your ace account has been renewed, which I think you have to do manually (not sure though) to get the features back!

Sounds like you had also signed up for picnik premium (separate from the Ace stuff). That charges on it's own. You need to renew Ace through the 365 site. I don't think it auto renews.
