Halloween Jack-o-lanterns

Because we'll be away next weekend, we decided to carve a Jack-o-lantern this weekend for B. It is his first real understanding of Halloween.

So here is our first attempt at pumpkin carving.

Having this weekend jsut bought 2 biggish and 2 small pumpkins I'm keen to see what everyone comes up with. And if anyone has any tips on how to get good carvings I'll appreciate that muchly. :D

Carved in an artificial pumpkin. I know, but it will not rot and I will have it for next year.
