Congrats to all those who made it.. The variety of the photos is what really made me stop and look ...
Just goes to show what awesome photographers there are on this site. I find it so inspirational to be able to constantly view such incredible images taken by ordinary people (not talking pros here). It's mind-blowing stuff!
@kris76@kloud - Thank you (I came in at #14 this week I believe). You are right in that there are so many incredibly talented amateur photographers on this site and I feel fortunate many have become my friends who I've learned a great deal from.
I've been lucky to be in Top 20 a number of times and even a #1. But while ranking may be fun, thats all it is really. As you say all Top 20 are amazing but there are also so many other really great well-deserving photos that, for a variety of reasons, don't make the list or even the Pop Page. So while it's fun to a point to be ranked, I don't put too much stock in it :-).
