I am a new member, just starting this very interesting journey. The last 2 pictures of my project were taken with my ipad and uploaded via email to this forum. Is anyone else having a issue where pic are not orientated correctly, with their iPad. I was using my cell phone prior to that but I have tried emailing the pic, with no success, lol. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I don't have an iPad, but I have occasionally experienced the same problem when emailing uploads from my iPhone.
I usually try to put pictures on the computer first, just to make sure they look as I want them to, before uploading - even shots I've taken on my iPhone.
Mine show correctly on my IMac and on my IPhone so I have encountered that too. Try opening editing on the Ipad and turning the photo before uploading. My IPhone offers this so I assume the Ipad does too. Do you have "camera roll"? Before you click on a pic to view it, it is sideways if you took it that way.
I have to take iphone photos in landscape mode or resave them with ps express. While the photo turns on our phone, the website does not recognize this.
I've had issues with uploading photos directly to the site from an iphone -but then downloaded them to do my desktop - which allowed the ability to edit, clean up et al before uploading to 365.
Sometimes with the iphone the picture can be taken upside down but it's easily fixed!
