@Scrivna Hi Ross. I am just coming to the end of my first year of 365 but didn't get Ace membership until part way through the year. Will I get an email reminder to let me know when my membership lapses or will I have to trawl through all my emails to find out when it started?
Question 2 (also related) - If I do decide to continue beyond my first year (I don't end until April) and don't renew, would I be right in assuming that my main album remains the same, but I'd lose the other two and their contents?
Not that I'm likely not to want to renew (if I make it that far!)...just thinking along the same lines as Lisa, in terms of whether I need to set myself a reminder to do it before it's too late!
From answers I have seen in the past..
You will get a reminder email that your Ace account is up for renewal , no matter what time of the year you started.
You will lose access to your other albums but not the main one... and if I recall correctly if you decide you renew after the Ace has lapsed . you will then get access again to those other albums.
