Have you ever loved someone else’s photo and been so inspired by the imagery it sparks something within yourself to want to put your own twist on it so to speak? This is for the edit junkies...a challenge not necessarily but a lot of people showcase other people’s work via browse and pick but how about taking it one step further…how about a tribute remix.
In the same manner a dj remixes a song or a music artist covers a classic song how about honoring a photo and photographer you love by “covering” your favorite work by them?
Show me the before and after…this can be something you have already done but not something from a competition such as wwyd. The only rule for this is asking the artist you plan to edit for permission first via a comment tagged to their photo. Take all the time you need I will keep this thread updated relatively frequently.
