2017.04.07 Friday: Today began the annual plant sale at our local botanical gardens, so my son and I went intending to "just look." We picked up a couple of plants to buy and carried them around as we looked; one of the volunteers staffing the sale saw us and handed us a wagon to put our purchases in so our hands would be free as we "looked" at more plants ...and suddenly we found ourselves with an entire wagon-load of plants that we had decided we "needed!"
We came home with some very nice plants ...strawberry mint, perennial begonias, several different unusual types of tomatoes, etc.; now I am ready for this cold front to move out so I can get these planted!
