Flavored Vinegars

2017.07.05 Wednesday: I enjoy using flavored vinegars in cooking and making salad dressings, so I was happy when I recently spotted these new-to-me flavors: Fig-Infused, Pear-Infused, and Orange Blossom Honey-Infused balsamic vinegar. Each of them has a wonderful flavor drizzled on my salad with a bit of oil!

They sound delicious. I love balsamic vinegar, but I've didn't realise that you could get a white one :)

@dsp2 You'll have to order that brand on line- it's local here (actually if you'd like me to pick some up at the Farmer's Market and mail it to you I can.) But you can order it on line as well.

@olivetreeann Thanks! I'll look into ordering some online soon. Today while shopping I saw some Tarragon vinegar and briefly considered it; my husband suggested that I at least try out the ones I already have before adding to my collection ...so I'll wait a bit and then add in some new flavors :).
