Honey Sesame Chicken

2017.07.22 Saturday: One of my family's favorite dishes is Honey Sesame Chicken over rice ...and it is always especially good when accompanied with a side dish of corn, and also sliced apples!

Whenever we go on vacation, I usually buy a cookbook as my souvenir. This recipe is from a cookbook that I bought on one of our trips to Disney World in Orlando, Florida -- so, although it is quite tasty, it is also a favorite because it brings back such happy memories for all of us!
