California job case by edorreandresen

California job case

California job case, a typecase (don’t say ‘drawer’) with 89 compartments for individual capital letters, lowercase letters, figures, special characters, and punctuation marks for one size and face of type. This one is used for valuable old interesting bits and bobs!
Gorgeous...would you believe that I actually used one of these in my youth?

Oh, this is simply gorgeous. I love the 'feel' of this photo-comfortable and useful. Does that make sense?

@swilde How cool is that? We have 2-one for the wall and one as a table with glass over.

Oh, I LOVE this vintage piece. You've managed to capture its warmth so well.

And I see a tatting shuttle! Too cool. I have my grandmother's shuttle and I even learned how to tat many years ago, although I've probably forgotten everything I learned. :-(
