Incidentally his band Alamode ( http://www.myspace.com/alamodeband) are playing at the London Stone, opposite Cannon Street Station tonight - 9pm kick-off .. Tell him you saw his gig on here, as that'll make up for Alamode not having their name on the board out the front of the pub.
Steve-from-work update. He's still alive, but nervously contemplating flying solo at the supermarket tonight ... Though he's had offers from the ladies at work to do his shopping for him. (Mrs-Steve-at-work, don't worry!)
