Had lunch with my work colleague and more importantly, friend, Jen today.
Amongst the varied conversation was Jen's mother's 80th birthday, soap-on-a-rope and whether it's allowed in prison, my iPhone and the confusion that I now have 2 mobile phone numbers, Jen's poorly finger and whether it was poorly enough to go home, and the 5:2 diet (eat normally for 5 days and 500 calories a day for other 2), which caused us to look up the calories in our respective drinks ...

Jen reckons she could last on 2 glasses of wine and a packet of Weight Watchers crisps for 2 days ... I'm not so sure she can.
