Bank Holiday Monday ... I've been logged into work since 7am ... But grabbed the opportunity to break out the Canon (and "fix" my 50mm lens) to get a photo of Eldest and the puppy ...
The 50mm doesn't give ERR 01 errors anymore, but doesn't seem to be as sharp as it was previously ...
I had Err 01 on a Tamron 70-300, drove me nuts as it would fail when I didn't want it to. Replaced it and never looked back - suddenly everything worked and was sharp again.
