Sorry for the boring photo today. We had such a busy day, and I didn’t sleep well last night so I am exhausted and completely devoid of inspiration. This is a geranium that my son picked for me yesterday when we went out to dinner with my parents. My dad took my son for a walk, and at one point, I looked down the sidewalk and saw my son running toward me with the flower. He was screaming ‘Mama…Mama…’ and had a giant smile on his face. I just love that little guy. He is just as sweet as his daddy.
Boring? Are you kidding? Look at the fantastic detail in this macro shot! You can see every tiny cilia on these flower buds and the blush on the sepal is beautifully captured!
To take a picture everyday for a year IS trying harder, I think people underestimate it. We all have busy days, ill days and uninspired days. I admire you for taking a photo at all !!
