This spider has been living outside our family room for a few weeks now. He has made this huge spider web, and I have enjoyed observing him...from inside.
Today, due to swirly winds, a bunch of leaves got caught in his web. He immediately went and started working on freeing them. M and I watched him get a few out, but he was no match for the wind, and sadly, his web was destroyed.
Just in case you were wondering, M named him "Dumpy".
