They are called Christmas cacti here and usually bloom from Nov to Jan. How lovely and perfect DOF.

No this really is an Easter cactus (Rhipsalidopsis). Christmas cactus are either zygocactus or Schlumbergera species. This is going to a beauty with all those buds!
