Pathway

I struggled and struggled with this one. Please provide critique!! How would you crop/develop this differently?

It''s a cool shot and I'm no expert (by far) but I'd love to see it in B&W and maybe cropped on both the left and right so that footpath meets the "corners" of the frame...if that makes any sense...Love that rusty fence though!

The DOF is very well done. The focus and the overhanging plants are lovely.

The only thing I would change in this shot is to crop it slightly on the right and make the path more central.

Nice image. Worth a go in b&w but I get the feeling it will still look best in colour as those shades of green are rather nice and help make this work.

I love the greens, too. I would probably crop it where the branch meets the tree trunk. Might want to play with exposure a little more to make the highlights pop against the green.

I'll continue playing with it. I did try it in BW, but I think I like the greens. My main issue was not being happy with the cropping. You've all been a great help.

actually I really like this pic as it is! The leaves on the ground, showing that autumn began, and the trees leaning over. It's mysterious and colourful.
