Is this bitter melon or goya (Japanese name), it is my favourite vegetable and it is so healthy and yummy if you know how to cook it. It is very hard to get in New Zealand. When I visit Beijing, I ate it every day to make up what I have missed here. I hope that I can grab it from these pair of killer hands. Love the shot.
