Digging a Trench

More chicken adventures. To predator proof against digging critters, I have to dig a 12 inch trench around our chicken run and coop. Ugh. Who's idea was it to build such a large run?

@jesperani Me too! I have to bury hardware cloth down in there so no one crawls under and gets my babies. Whew! This chicken thing is a lot of work.

Worth doing although the rats will get underneath it so you might need to take extra care over any chicks. I like the Quality Control guy! Or Time and Motion, perhaps?
