This week we are doing photo stories on refugees. So I went to this meeting in Raleigh where refugees who have just arrived to the country go to get help and information. This precious Cuban family volunteered to let me do a story on them. They have been in the US for 9 days. And they barely speak any English. So I used my newly found Spanish skills to try to translate the meeting for them. I'm really excited about the project.
